    I usually come here for my oil changes because of the comfortable waiting area and I appreciate the inspection report with pictures/videos that is done. I drove in knowing that my rear passenger tire pressure monitor needed replaced, that was the only one. When I got the report, both the rear pressure sensors were not working, which is reasonable, the other one must have recently gone. I have a place that I get those done. When i received my car, ALL FOUR are now not working. When I arrived, my AC system was working fine and quietly, when I got it back, there was a discernable whistling sound when the AC was running. I think the tech did not put the filter back properly after inspecting. I replace my own filters anyway, and when i did that after the fact, the whistling stopped. However, my cabin air filter cover is now missing both screws. I assume the tech took them out and then lost them or forgot to put them back. Receiving my car back more broken than I brought it in is not what I was paying for. I was able to fix one issue myself, though now I have to go order or obtain the screws that were taken out and not replaced which is annoying. No clue what to think about why they broke my other 2-3 pressure monitors, I guess to try to get me to spend double what I would pay at Leopold for that service.

    The sales people at Marhofer were great, especially Andre, who was very cheerful, responsive, and always willing to find answers to my questions. He made the buying process joyful through his cheerful personality. I didn't really need to buy a new car, but the deal he helped to work out for me with my trade-in was too good to pass up and now I'm a very happy owner of a brand new Equinox EV.

    My car need repairs to the oil pan gasket and engine oil cooler gaskets. But some parts were wrong and needed other parts. I was provided a rental vehicle to use until my car was completely repaired. When I went to pick up my car the engine light was still on before I left the Chevy dealer. The car went back in and I was provided with my same rental vehicle. It was a simple fix just to plug it in. All your advisors were very helpful with me in taking care of my car. The multi point inspection you provide are helpful and the advisors tell it as it is. Thank you for everything.
