AKRON, OH | 2022 Chevrolet MalibuSeptember 8, 2024After a 10 minute wait to get recognized for my appointment.... First, the young lady offered me a car wash while I wait, which I gladly agreed to. Wait time wasn't too long, but when a different rep came and got me, he said everything was fine and no need at this time for any additional services. Which was strange... because at my last two appointment I was told that I needed some additional services (which I never had done), but OK! Upon approaching my vehicle, I noticed that it wasn't washed and there was a deep scratch on the top of my car. I go back in to alert the rep and after he saw it, he said I'll call you tomorrow to get that buffed out. Tomorrow comes, NO CALL. An additional day or so later, the usual follow-up satisfaction rep calls and asks me how was the service.... So I told her what the deal was. She then forwarded me to someone's voicemail. After I left the voicemail, I get a call from the rep dude, asking me about my availability in order to schedule the buff appointment. At the time of me writing this survey, I still have yet gotten the scratch fixed or the appointment. I left Serpintini for you guys because their service was below par.
